Privacy policy

This translation is provided for information only. Only the French version is legally binding.

General principle

This is a static showcase website. It has no user accounts, no shopping basket, no online booking system and no visitor database.

Cookies

This website does not set any audience measurement, advertising or tracking cookies. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Contact form

The form on the contact page does not send any data to a server. It simply prepares a message in your own email software from the information you enter. You remain in control of whether it is sent.

When you write to us, the information in your email (name, contact details, dates of stay) is used solely to handle your booking request and to organise your stay. It is never sold or passed on to third parties for commercial purposes.

Third-party services

The contact page includes a map provided by OpenStreetMap, and the fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. By their nature, these services may record your IP address when their resources load.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of data concerning you. To exercise these rights, write to valessential@gmail.com.

Retention

Booking request emails are kept for as long as necessary to handle the request and manage the stay, and then for accounting purposes in line with the legal obligations in force.
